Did you know that I consider myself a wonderful Chef. Gourmet Cooking is one of my
favorite hobbies. I have hosted various formal dinner parties from 1985 to current. I
simply flourish in it! Here is how a perfect event is planned:

Did you know that I consider myself a wonderful Chef. Gourmet Cooking is one of my
favorite hobbies. I have hosted various formal dinner parties from 1985 to current. I
simply flourish in it! Here is how a perfect event is planned:
- Then I create the event theme
- I arrange the guest list, which is based on people sociabilities, life styles, eating
habits, etc. A perfect quest count is eight. - The event budget is created with my husband's approval of course.
- Send out formal invitations
- Devise the entrée and desert menus, and decide on the beverage selection. Each
selection has to compliment each other, and has to be acceptable to my quests.
After all I don't want anyone getting sick from food allergies. - The linens, china, stemware, flower arrangements, are coordinated with the event
theme. There will be no skimping on silk flowers, vinyl table cloth, every day
stemware or plastic plates. Only fresh and quality items are suitable for this type
of event. - Favors are decided on
- The grocery list is constructed
- Strategic scheduling for food preparation is outlined
- The event schedule is devised from start to finish
- The last and best part is enjoying our guests

Wow, I almost forgot the last important detail, which is buying a new outfit and accessories to
go. Of course this cost is not included in the event budget, but my wonderful, loving
husband will understand. After all he always wants his wife to look her best for every
occasion. "Only the best for my wife."
