Summary:
I had the opportunity to orchestrate corporate projects, which involved time lines,
budgeting, structuring, planning, organizing, staffing and implementation. I assembled
and worked closely with my project team. I made it a rule to keep the lines of
communication open to ensure all members were kept informed through all phases of the
project development. I was responsible for the project development from beginning to
end, which included the development of Operational Standards and Procedures, user
manuals, where necessary, budget analysis and other project documentation.
