and being a close friend. I am always impressed in how the food is presented and served at any

I had the pleasure of meeting Leslie Garcia-Furey through a small group that I joined at Christ
Fellowship Church. We were all strangers with a mixture of backgrounds and all ages.

From the beginning, it was apparent that Leslie had a take charge attitude. When the class leader
called upon us to bring in goodies for the following week, it was Leslie who stepped up to the plate and
treated us with some of her homemade treats. Once again, when asked for an idea at the conclusion of
the group, Leslie organized and hosted the event at her home.

When Easter arrived, Leslie found an organization for children in need. She proceeded to assign our
group various items to purchase and prepared beautiful baskets for 30 at need kids.

As an organized person myself, it was a pleasure to encounter someone as efficient and competent as
Leslie. I found Leslie to have excellent communication and people skills.

In summary, I would highly recommend Leslie without reservation for any position or endeavor that she

My personal association with Leslie Garcia-Furey is that of friend and neighbor. We live in a new
community and thanks to Leslie's initiative, we have had several productive meetings to get us on the
right track to form our own homeowners association. We joking refer to her as the Mayor of Mayfair
since she gets right out and makes it a point to welcome each new family and make them feel
comfortable. She is what I refer to as a real "people person".

I have personally attended several events planned by Leslie and can only admire her effectiveness in
